Job Description:

  • We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead product marketing strategy, launch and grow product features, and drive user adoption.
  • This role involves creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns, developing insights, and ensuring alignment with product strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as subject matter expert for product/features and market trends.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and marketing plans.
  • Define product positioning and messaging.
  • Lead campaign execution across multiple channels.
  • Drive user engagement and adoption through education and content.
  • Generate market analysis, track KPIs, and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, content, and research.
  • Gather and apply user insights to influence product and marketing.
  • Independently produce and iterate high-quality marketing content.
  • Guide internal/external user research efforts.
  • Manage brand positioning and storytelling strategies.
  • Deliver impactful, data-driven marketing initiatives and briefs.

Experience (Mandatory):

Experienced Product Marketing Professional

  • At least 6+ years in marketing, with specific experience in product marketing, growth, brand, and campaign roles.
  • Demonstrated success in launching, scaling, and optimizing products and features through strategic marketing.

Strategic Thinker with Tactical Execution Skills

  • Ability to define and drive go-to-market strategies, product positioning, messaging, and user engagement.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing marketing plans for product launches or enhancements.

Strong Cross-Functional Collaborator

  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, working across product, engineering, sales, and design teams.
  • Able to act as a subject matter expert in representing marketing in cross-team collaborations.

Data-Driven and Insight-Led

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret both quantitative and qualitative insights.
  • Skilled in validating market size/opportunity and tracking performance metrics to influence marketing plans.

Experience (Desired):

  • Marketing experience within tech, SaaS, digital platforms, or consumer products.
  • Background in working with or alongside global teams or matrix organizations.
  • Comfortable working in contract or temporary roles with a focus on delivery, not strategic decision-making authority.

Education:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
