Job Description Summary:

Principal Accountabilities:

Senior ERP Techno-Functional Analyst provides project coordination, functional expertise, and contributes to improvements and enhancements for mission-critical, enterprise-wide information systems. The Senior ERP Techno-Functional Analyst is responsible for project tracking and control for assigned modules or systems, serving as a liaison between functional and technical resources to manage the development of new system functionality, upgrades, system modifications, and day-to-day problem analysis, issue tracking, and resolution.

Job Description:

What You Will Be Doing:

Requires in-depth functional knowledge and experience in Oracle ERP systems / R12 / 11i or other ERP systems.
Should have implementation experience of large ERP applications with emphasis on modules, specifically Service Contracts, Installed Base, Inventory, Order Management, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Expert in flows for Order to cash, Procure to Pay cycles and Renewals.
Should be able to handle complex account reconciliations.
User Support in troubleshooting both application and business process issues
Analyze user operational procedures to develop functional systems requirements and advise and instruct other staff responsible for development.
Identify innovative solutions to business issues in technical development.
Improve process flow and user documentation for different oracle related modules and enhance user knowledge and competency.
Design, develop, test, and implement complex processes for ERP applications like Oracle, and integrations with other custom applications in production and development environments.
Gather functional specifications to design, develop, and customize interfaces, reports and extensions as needed to support business requirements and are consistent with architectural vision.
Coordinate and deliver technical components for projects through the software development life cycle, including validating the completeness of estimates, quality, and accuracy of technical designs, and build and implementation plans.
Provide end user support including resolving incidents logged by the business users by troubleshooting application & business process issues.
Build knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Identify opportunities for adopting new technologies to solve existing needs and predicting future challenges.

What We Are Looking For:

At least 8 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.
Experience in Oracle ERP finance (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger)
Supply Chain modules, specifically Inventory, Order Management, Service Contracts and Installed Base.
A strong team player.
8 years of demonstrated experience and advanced knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL, SQL performance tuning, Oracle workflow and Java.
5 years of experience in developing Interfaces, Reports and Extensions and customization utilizing Oracle best practice methodology.
5 years of minimum experience in supporting/implementing Oracle EBS R12 projects.
Strong knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Knowledge of B2B processes, interfaces, and good understanding of the integration of various modules with other EBS modules.
Ability to work independently with little direction and supervision, to manage/ self-direct multiple projects and meet predefined deadlines, make time for unplanned assignments, adapt to changing priorities.
