Job Description Summary
The Services Technology Acceleration Center (STAC) is dedicated to advancing aerospace inspection technologies and repair processes and enhancing customer support capabilities for its Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facilities around the globe.
The Product Engineer will connect and interface between Engineering, Supply Chain and Customer organizations focused on product/ manufacturing readiness, execution and delivery of NPI projects.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Subject Matter Expert: Develop and maintain deep domain product knowledge. Share domain knowledge and provide training across the organization
- Compliance: Ensure Work instructions meet internal and external requirements, collaborate on non-conformance dispositions and compile final compliance records. Provide technical instruction to resolve product issues.
- Documentation: Create detailed product work instructions to ensure required technical reports and records are maintained and completed.
- FLIGHT DECK: Support SQDC daily management utilizing the lean fundamentals to facilitate technical problem solving and foster a continuous improvement culture. Drive systemic change to address root cause findings.
- Customer: Build strong internal and external customer relationships. Ensure product meets customer requirements. Own technical reviews.
- Consultation: Provide product technical support for daily shop floor operations. Share best practice and product learnings across the network. Work cross-functionally on technical roadmaps.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and 5+ years of product management experience (or a minimum high school diploma / GED with an additional 4+ years of product management experience).
- 2-3 years of NPI product leadership experience.

- Proven project management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Influence across different sites within a business.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
