Job Description
Required Education & Experience
A Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related field is required.
2-4 years of relevant professional experience.
oNote: Internships are not counted as part of this experience.
oComparable Backgrounds: Design Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
Demonstration of Administrative Duties for Software Applications (e.g., user management, configuration, support).

Required Skills
1.Business Process Design: Re-examining workflows to optimize performance.
2.Problem Solving: Demonstrating the ability to identify non-obvious problems quickly.
3.Analytical Thinking: Synthesizing data and offering actionable recommendations.

The main function is to analyze science, engineering, business, and all other data processing problems for application to electronic data processing systems. The role is responsible for analyzing user requirements, procedures, and issues to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations. This is a backfill role on the Product Development Excellence, Quality and Cost team. The team is focused on developing, deploying, and training Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) processes and tools to enable global product development success.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to practitioners on product development processes and tools.
Work with cross-functional teams to support the development and deployment of Product Development Processes and Tools, including communication, testing, and training.
Collaborate with global teams to understand and document requirements, then work with IT to develop enhancements.
Perform ad-hoc data analysis, data processing, and data visualization to provide insights on application usage and deployment.
Quickly and correctly identify non-obvious problems and develop new approaches to meet quality goals.

Soft Skills (Required):
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.
Skill in prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines.

Disqualifiers / Red Flags:
No Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
Less than 2 years of relevant professional experience.
Unwilling to work on-site full-time.
Over-qualified for a 2-4 year experience level role.
