Job Description
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is embarking on a greenfield initiative to redefine how test labs are built, automated, and scaled to support next-generation cloud infrastructure. We are seeking a Senior Development Manager to lead a team of engineers focused on building the foundational automation and orchestration systems that power OCI's global development and test labs.
In this role, you will be responsible for setting the technical and strategic direction of the team, driving execution across multiple workstreams, and partnering with hardware engineering, QA, and service teams to deliver robust lab infrastructure solutions. You will oversee the design and development of systems for hardware provisioning, scheduling, telemetry collection, and lab-wide orchestration. Your leadership will ensure these systems are scalable, fault-tolerant, and easy to integrate across the OCI ecosystem.

You'll be responsible for people management, organizational growth, career development, and cross-functional delivery.
