We are seeking a dynamic Technical Program Manager to lead a transformative project aimed at modernizing service operations with cutting-edge communication solutions. This remote role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a passion for enhancing performance and streamlining processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic assessment and redesign of service operating models to boost efficiency and performance.
  • Manage the transformation project lifecycle, ensuring effective change enablement and vendor onboarding.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business and operational requirements.
  • Prepare detailed implementation schedules and drive successful modernization initiatives.
  • Guide cross-functional teams through transformation processes with hands-on management and support.

Skills

  • Proven experience in managing service transformation projects or contact center modernization initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess complex service environments and drive strategic improvements.
  • Expertise in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of complex projects.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership skills with experience in guiding teams through transformation initiatives.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with project management tools and vendor management practices.
  • Familiarity with modern cloud-based contact center technologies like CCaaS/UCaaS.
  • Adaptability to manage multiple tasks within a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and requirements gathering techniques.
