Job Description:

Qualifications

• Previous experience in KYC implementation (full life cycle experience in KYC is a must)
• In-depth knowledge in KYC/AML implementation .
• Ability to manage projects with tight deadlines
• Experience with requirement gathering and documentation
• AI automation project experience is a plus.
• Manage initiatives with tight deadlines from start to finish
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to gather requirements
• Create and manage project stories and backlog items
• Conduct data mapping between systems
• Create necessary documentation
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders
• Ensure project requirements are met
• Coordinate with development teams on backlog items
• Evaluate potential risks and opportunities for new business initiatives.
• Assist in project planning, timeline tracking, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and address potential roadblocks.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and project deliverables.
• Support change management efforts by developing training materials and conducting sessions.
• Help organizations adapt to new processes, technologies, and workflows.
• Monitor adoption and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support decision-making with quantitative and qualitative insights.
• Evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and recommend process optimization strategies.
• Work with teams to implement process automation and digital transformation solutions.
• Analyze business data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities.

Location: NYC 2-3 days in a week at client location

Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ years of business analysis experience in data driven projects with proven requirements gathering skills
• 2+ years of experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Visio
• 5+ years of experience writing Business Requirement Documents or Functional Requirements Documents

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent documentation skills with expertise in creating BRDs, user stories, and process flows
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management experience across different business levels
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Change management experience, particularly in enterprise software transitions
• Business process modeling skills with focus on reporting and analytics workflows"

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is Hourly rate $85.00/hour to $100.00/Hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
