About the Role

We’re looking for a Manager – Financial Systems Support to lead a high-performing team of financial systems experts. In this role, you’ll oversee the operation, integrity, and continuous improvement of our core financial platforms — including SAP (ECC 6.0), Power Plant, Hyperion, Blackline, and GRC-RAR. You’ll partner closely with Finance and IT to manage system processes, ensure strong internal controls, and deliver efficient, accurate financial reporting across the organization.

  • Lead and manage the monthly financial system close across SAP, Power Plant, Hyperion, and Blackline — ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance.

  • Oversee data integrity, system controls, and audit readiness for all financial platforms.

  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to design, test, and implement functional system enhancements and upgrades.

  • Manage the administration of GRC-RAR to support segregation of duties and maintain SOX compliance.

  • Support the accounting and finance teams in planning, budgeting, reporting, and data analytics.

  • Mentor and develop a team of SAP module experts and financial systems analysts.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and reporting capabilities.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Finance and IT for system-related initiatives, upgrades, and integrations.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Systems, Accounting, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of relevant experience managing financial or accounting systems.

  • Strong functional expertise in SAP ECC 6.0 (FI/CO modules) and Hyperion.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

  • Solid understanding of internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Power Plant, Blackline, and GRC-RAR.

  • Working knowledge of GAAP.

  • Experience with GLSU and advanced MS Excel skills
