We are seeking a visionary Data Solution Architect with 15+ years of experience to drive enterprise-wide data strategy, modernization, and the evolution of AI-driven capabilities. This senior-level role is pivotal in designing scalable, secure, and intelligent data solutions that align with business objectives and accelerate innovation across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
<>Enterprise Data Strategy & Architecture</>Define and execute enterprise-wide data strategies aligned with business goals.
Architect scalable, secure, high-performance data platforms across cloud and hybrid environments.
Establish data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks.
Lead modernization initiatives, including migration from legacy systems to cloud-native platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform).
Design and implement data lakes, data warehouses, and real-time streaming architectures.
Drive adoption of modern data technologies such as Delta Lake, Snowflake, Databricks, Kafka, etc.
Collaborate with AI/ML teams to ensure data platforms support model training, deployment, and monitoring.
Design data pipelines optimized for AI workloads, including feature stores and model-ready datasets.
Provide hands-on support in integrating AI-driven solutions into enterprise processes.
Partner with business, engineering, and analytics teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Mentor and guide data engineers/architects, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
Present architectural roadmaps and technical strategies to executive leadership and technical teams.
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in data architecture, engineering, and strategy.
Proven track record executing enterprise data strategies and modernization programs.
Experience with AI/ML data enablement and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLflow.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, Spark, and data orchestration tools.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
