We are seeking a Senior AEM Business Analyst with strong technical product management capabilities to support a high-profile digital transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including Content Supply Chain and Digital Asset Management (DAM). You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and the Adobe/IBM implementation partners.
This role is more aligned with product ownership rather than architecture, so we're looking for someone who has excellent analytical, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to independently run stakeholder interviews and workshops. You will own and manage the product backlog for the AEM platform, aligning it with business goals and technical feasibility.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and backlog items.
Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews independently to capture business needs.
Collaborate with IBM architects and Adobe teams to assess technical feasibility and implementation options.
Act as the product owner for the AEM platform, managing the backlog and prioritizing enhancements.
Ensure alignment between business objectives, technical constraints, and value delivery.
Champion the content supply chain strategy and optimize usage of AEM DAM.
Provide functional guidance to development and QA teams throughout the sprint cycles.
Drive continuous improvement and best practices within the AEM ecosystem.
Must-Have Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in digital/content management environments.
Deep hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (Sites and Assets).
Understanding of AEM Content Supply Chain, DAM, and associated workflows.
Strong experience in agile product management backlog creation, grooming, prioritization.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience working with or alongside Adobe and/or IBM teams.
Background in digital marketing or enterprise CMS platforms.
Familiarity with AEM as a Cloud Service.
