Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Scientist for a contract position in Mason, OH. The opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology or related field.
• Proficiency in Computer Imaging Software.
• Experience is defined as hands-on techniques gained in academic or industrial settings. The role involves guiding and influencing technical project direction, solving significant technical problems, and leveraging scientific/engineering skills. The candidate should have a strong foundational R&D understanding developed through hands-on experimentation and application. They will perform application work, demonstrate implementation skills, and begin to gain exposure to integration work.

Preferred:

• Ability to engage in open, transparent discussions about work and career concerns.
• Discipline to execute BPRs, PRLs, and technical standards to support the JPN FM/IMEA EM portfolios of the Initiative Master Plan.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with product design, product research, and process teams.
• Ability to conduct technical tests and summarize findings (SRR, SLRs, etc.).
• Experience in cross-regional interactions and collaboration with experts from various departments.
• Experimental behavior and passion for innovation to challenge paradigms and uncover new transformations.
• Commitment to learning and growing expertise in lab batch production and stability plan management.
• Understanding of MOPD 2030 to define necessary work for understanding product and process flows.
• Agility to adapt to fast-changing initiatives and handle multiple priorities.
• Curiosity to unlock insights and drive unique value through digital innovation skills.
