Epic Radiant Consultant
An Epic Radiant Consultant, also known as a Systems Consultant, works on the Epic Radiant electronic health record (EHR) system. They configure, support, and optimize the system to improve clinical and administrative workflows. This role often involves application design, build, troubleshooting, and testing, and may require on-call availability and travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configuration and Support: Configure, build, and support the Epic Radiant application.
- Workflow Analysis and Optimization: Evaluate and improve clinical and administrative workflows within Epic Radiant.
- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Address issues and problems related to the system.
- Project Management: May lead projects related to Epic Radiant implementation and upgrades.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to users on the Epic Radiant system.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Epic Radiant Certification: Must have a current certification.
- Experience: 6+ years of experience with Epic systems.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of application design, build, troubleshooting, testing, and support.
