Job Title: SAP Analytics / BI Consultant

Location: Remote

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled SAP Analytics / BI Consultant to design, develop, and implement SAP-based analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will transform business requirements into robust BI solutions, deliver actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for reporting and analytics from various SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud).
  • Design, develop, and maintain SAP BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from SAP and non-SAP sources.
  • Develop and optimize SAP BW queries, data models, and InfoProviders.
  • Support SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) reporting and dashboard development.
  • Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and ensure high data quality.
  • Collaborate with business users and IT teams to ensure BI solutions align with business objectives.
  • Provide training and support to business users on SAP analytics tools.
  • Participate in SAP upgrades, migrations, or implementation projects related to analytics.
  • Stay updated with SAP BI best practices, new features, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3 7 years) in SAP analytics, SAP BW, SAP BO, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules and business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, etc.).
  • Expertise in BI tools: SAP BO, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, or Power BI (integrated with SAP).
  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data warehousing concepts.
  • Experience in designing KPIs, dashboards, and advanced reporting solutions.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with S/4HANA reporting and BW/4HANA.
  • Knowledge of ABAP programming for custom report development.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms and integration techniques.
  • Exposure to predictive analytics or machine learning within SAP ecosystems.
