RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities:
* Quality Assurance Analyst will develop comprehensive understanding of the Business and Functional requirements and develop test scenarios and test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage
* Develop and maintain requirement to test case mapping; Make iterative updates as needed
* Effective co-ordination with the vendors to execute the test cases in a timely manner and flag any blockers/issues in a timely manner
* Co-ordinate and work with the internal team members to review and provide summary of the test results
* Serve as the QA lead for the assigned functional work tracks and report out on testing status
* Identify and report issues with clear documentation including steps to recreate. Work with internal and external teams to triage and troubleshoot issues
* As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will track issues to resolution and retest in a timely manner to stay on track with the testing timelines
* Liaise with third party vendors, business analysts and agency SME's to support implementation, testing, triage and issue resolution
* Work with the QA manager and implementation leads to address testing issues and mitigate risk
* Perform impact analysis of a new function and update the test suite accordingly
* Develop test plans with the QA manager with a goal to ensure comprehensive test coverage and timely execution
* Strong analytical, organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or related field
* Minimum 5 years of testing experience
* Experience with technical integrations and functional testing
* Proficiency in MS Office 365, JIRA, ALM, Service Now and other ticketing modules preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
