igital Marketing Manager Full Time | Onsite | Dallas, TX

We re hiring a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our retention and lifecycle marketing initiatives across email and SMS. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity in Dallas, perfect for a CRM-savvy pro who thrives on building data-backed campaigns that boost engagement, conversion, and long-term loyalty.

You ll own strategy and execution from crafting compelling messaging to building automated journeys and optimizing campaigns through testing and analytics. If you re fluent in platforms like Salesforce, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Braze, and passionate about using customer data to power meaningful growth, we want to hear from you.

What You ll Do:

  • Own and execute lifecycle marketing across email and SMS

  • Build segmentation strategies and automated workflows

  • Run A/B tests and track KPIs to continuously improve performance

  • Collaborate with creative, product, and data teams to create impactful, on-brand messaging

What You Bring:

  • 3 5+ years of email, SMS, and Salesforce experience

  • Proven success in audience targeting and retention marketing

  • Strong skills in campaign performance analysis and compliance best practices

  • Bonus: Experience in eCommerce, DTC, or subscription-based businesses
