Job Description:-

Maintain and configure ServiceNow core platform modules (e.g., Incident, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog).

Perform daily administration tasks including user/group management, ACLs, data imports, and scheduled jobs.

Create and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and flows to support business needs.

Collaborate with development teams on system upgrades, patching, and testing.

Configure and manage ServiceNow GRC modules including:

Policy and Compliance Management
-
Risk Management
-
Audit Management
-
Vendor Risk Management (if applicable)
-

Support the implementation and integration of GRC processes with existing business systems and workflows.
-
Ensure GRC workflows, risk indicators, and control tests are properly configured and functioning.

Monitor GRC dashboards and reporting, and assist stakeholders in building and interpreting custom reports.
-
Collaborate with internal audit, compliance, legal, and security teams to meet regulatory and business requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
-
3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator, including at least 1 year focused on GRC modules.

Strong understanding of ITSM, ITIL processes, and ServiceNow core platform capabilities.

Hands-on experience with configuring and administering ServiceNow GRC applications.

Proficient in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow automation tools (Flow Designer, Script Includes).

Familiarity with compliance standards and frameworks (e.g., SOX, NIST, ISO 27001).

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Required.

ServiceNow GRC Implementation Specialist Certification - Preferred.

Experience integrating ServiceNow GRC with third-party risk or compliance tools.

Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, control frameworks, and audit practices.

Understanding of data security, role-based access, and regulatory compliance requirements.
