Coverage: 24/5 with weekend support for planned activities and production work

Apigee:
  • L2, L3 support
  • API proxy onboarding & change support (manual and via Producer Portal)
  • Patching/upgrades across all Apigee Hybrid & Apigee X platform components across all regions (Cassandra, Logger, UDCA, Redis, MART, Watcher, Apigee Connect & Ingress Controller, Message Processors, Synchronizer)
  • Addressing security vulnerabilities and managing controls reports
  • AKS/EKS Apigee Hybrid and Apigee X support
  • Planned weekend deployment support
  • Solid understanding of Open API Specifications (OAS) using tools such as Swagger
  • PKI management
  • Configuration in Google Cloud Platform management plane components related to the operational management & support of the Apigee Hybrid & Apigee X Platform
  • Support of integrations between Apigee and standard Food and Beverage operational platforms, including the DevOps pipelines integrated with Apigee

Drupal:

Monitoring:
  • Monitoring of Apigee Hybrid & Apigee X pod performance, cluster resource performance, pod autoscaling against traffic

  • Creating & refining dashboards for increased visibility to operational metrics, dev team support, and incident troubleshooting efficiency
  • 24x7 On-Call support

Automation:
  • Design & implement automation based on incident resolution opportunities
  • Automation of deployments & patching
  • Monitoring & alerts
  • Self-healing opportunities based on incident types & frequencies

Engineering Track (USA):
  • Seasoned enterprise engineer to drive new use-cases, patterns, integrations, expansion of Apigee orgs, clusters, env-groups but not limited to Apigee
  • Build or implementation of 'new things', including platform evolution, expansion, new integrations and configurations, or build-out within any of the named platforms
  • Partner with business and understand requirements and build new patterns, shared flows, proxies as use-cases arise
  • Integrate new technologies into the API Management ecosystem
  • Define new use-cases and cross-train operations team for day-2 support
  • Look for opportunities for automation
  • The candidate should have a good foundation with Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, Drupal, and network topologies
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills are a must. Should be confident to present to leadership
  • Service Level Agreements: This support team will adhere to the "Food and Beverage Standard Service Level Agreements.
