Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage QA activities for multiple Scrum teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Represent QA in Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with development, product, and business teams.
Plan, design, and execute test strategies and test cases for Salesforce applications.
Coordinate onshore and offshore QA efforts, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
Mentor QA team members, delegate tasks effectively, and drive continuous improvement.
Apply knowledge of AI concepts and handle the non-deterministic nature of AI testing.
Ensure timely test execution, defect tracking, and overall test cycle management.
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of software testing experience.
5+ years of QA leadership experience across multiple Agile/Scrum teams.
Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies.
Experience with Salesforce QA processes from planning through execution.
Proven experience working in onshore/offshore delivery models.
Excellent communication, coordination, and team leadership skills.
Familiarity with AI testing concepts.
Healthcare domain experience is preferred.
