Web Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a hybrid Web Manager to join their team in Canton, MA.

Summary:
This role will be responsible for managing UI engineering teams and driving ecommerce innovation through scalable architecture, modern frontend technologies, and edge computing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in transforming monolithic systems into distributed platforms, enhancing digital menu delivery, and implementing performance-driven solutions that elevate customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Web Manager will lead UI engineering and web platform strategy across Inspire Brands' ecommerce ecosystem
* Architect and deploy distributed systems using Cloudflare Pages, Workers, KV, and CDN technologies
* Oversee CMS and edge delivery strategies to streamline content publishing and reduce operational overhead
* Redesign data models and publishing workflows to optimize payload efficiency and reduce bandwidth usage
* Build orchestration layers for caching, validation, and service fallback to improve performance and resilience
* As a Web Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accessible, compliant, and high-performing ecommerce experiences
* Mentor engineering talent and foster a culture of ownership, velocity, and continuous improvement

REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years of experience in web engineering and ecommerce platform development
* Experience with Cloudflare Workers, AWS/Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions
* Familiarity with ecommerce CMS platforms (Contentful, Optimizely), accessibility standards (WCAG), and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR)
* Deep understanding of microservices, API gateways, backend-for-frontend (BFF) architecture, and DevOps practices
* Demonstrated success in scaling digital platforms and leading modernization initiatives
* Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, and modern frontend frameworks

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
