Position: WSO2 Integration Developer
 Type: Remote | Contract (6 months to start, strong possibility of extension)
Overview:
 Our client is undergoing a significant IT and business transformation, moving from legacy monolithic systems to modern platforms including Salesforce and Oracle. We are seeking a proactive WSO2 Integration Developer who thrives in collaborative environments and brings forward-thinking ideas to drive modernization.
In this role, you will join a cross-functional agile team consisting of integration engineers, QA analysts, business analysts, and a Scrum Master. The ideal candidate is not just an executor, but someone who contributes to architecture discussions, proposes improvements, and has a passion for working with emerging technologies such as Ballerina and Choreo as the organization moves further into cloud and AI/ML-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities-  
Develop and maintain integrations using WSO2 (with focus on Micro Integrator).
 -  
Support migration from legacy systems to new platforms (Salesforce & Oracle).
 -  
Collaborate with engineering, QA, and BA teams in an agile environment.
 -  
Provide recommendations on integration architecture and emerging technology adoption.
 -  
Support CI/CD and automation initiatives.
 -  
Work toward leveraging newer WSO2 technologies (Ballerina, Choreo) as organization evolves toward cloud and AI/ML capabilities.

5+ years of experience as a WSO2 Integration Engineer.
 -  
2+ years of experience with WSO2 Micro Integrator (MI).
 -  
Hands-on experience with:

Java & JSF
 -  
Web services (SOAP/REST)
 -  
Oracle & Microsoft SQL databases
 -  
Git & automation tools (Terraform or similar)
 -  
CI/CD in an agile development environment
 
 -  
 -  
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, debugging, data structures, and object-oriented principles.

Familiarity with emerging WSO2 technologies such as Ballerina and Choreo.
 -  
Experience supporting cloud transformation and/or AI/ML-driven initiatives.
 -  
Ability to provide architectural recommendations and influence technical direction in a collaborative manner.
