Mid to Senior-Level - Looking for a backend engineer who can own the backend architecture, ensure high performance and scalability, and work well with both frontend and architecture teams.

Core Technical Expertise:

• Languages & Frameworks:
  • Java (Spring Boot) and Node.js for backend services
  • Scala for functional programming
• API Development:
  • Deep experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
  • Skilled in designing clean, modern, and scalable APIs
• System Integration:
  • Able to integrate with legacy systems and external services
  • Experience building autonomous service-oriented architectures
• E-commerce & CMS:
  • Hands-on experience with Optimizely Platform
  • Understanding of digital experience platforms and personalization
• Databases:
  • Proficient in both SQL (e.g., MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Couchbase)
• Testing & Quality:
  • Strong advocate of Test-Driven Development (TDD)
  • Writes unit and integration tests and builds automation tools

Additional Skills:

• Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React, AngularJS, and Next.js (for API integration)
• Strong understanding of OOP and SOLID principles
• Performance tuning for large-scale applications
