Job Details

  • Support CAPEX projects end-to-end procurement activities.

  • Prepare and manage sourcing events, RFPs, tenders, bid evaluations, and supplier negotiations.

  • Work with engineering, project management, and procurement teams on specifications, BOQs, and supplier selection.

  • Use Ariba E-Sourcing, Coupa, Axxerion, and procurement systems for sourcing and tracking.

  • Manage contracts, CDAs, supplier onboarding, and purchase orders.

  • Develop procurement planning and tracking tables; monitor milestones and delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, EHS, and audit requirements.

  • Lead supplier negotiations, finalize contracts, and track savings.

  • Support contract close-out, final payments, and supplier performance reviews.

  • Provide weekly/monthly reporting and maintain documentation.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in CAPEX / Capital Project Procurement.

  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (Ariba, Coupa, SAP or similar).

  • Expertise in RFPs, contract management, supplier negotiations, and cost savings.

  • Experience working with engineering, project teams, and global stakeholders.

  • Strong documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
