Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

Technical Support Specialists are in a unique and exciting position as the bridge between customers, Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) and Spend & Expense Product teams. They're responsible for assisting customers, troubleshooting and reporting bugs, communicating with Customer Support about software releases, and providing feedback to Product from customers. Technical Support Specialists take ownership of all technical issues within the product and work with Product & Engineering to resolve quickly. They're experts in their field and generate excitement for the features covered. They work cross functionally with many teams, not limited to - Inbound Support, Operations, Development, and Product.

We'd love to chat if you have:
  • Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and internal customer experience teams
  • Experience working directly with customers to resolve technical issues
  • Computer proficiency and SaaS troubleshooting skills
  • Understanding of accounting software integration principles and sync logic (NetSuite, Intacct, QuickBooks, and/or Microsoft accounting software)
  • Experience with ticket management systems - Jira, Salesforce, or Zendesk are a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and ask clarifying questions regarding technical issues or customer feedback, ensuring clear communication between Product and Engineering teams.
  • Ability to prioritize customer experience by efficiently troubleshooting and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and technical issues
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Basic experience using SQL to query and navigate databases for troubleshooting or data analysis

Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

San Jose pay range

$29-$34.52 USD
