Job : Lead Java Developer with AWS & GoLang

Location: Virginia(Onsite)


Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer with strong expertise in AWS and GoLang to join a high-impact project for our end client, Capital One. The ideal candidate will have 8 10 years of hands-on development experience, including meaningful work on complex systems and problem-solving within enterprise environments.

This role is on-site in Virginia and requires a proactive leader who can take ownership of projects and contribute to architectural and strategic discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of backend services using GoLang and AWS cloud infrastructure.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to build scalable, secure, and performant systems.

Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across the team.

Troubleshoot and optimize applications for performance, reliability, and scalability.

Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills:

8 10 years of professional software development experience.

Proven experience building and scaling applications with GoLang.

Strong experience with AWS services (Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, etc.).

Solid understanding of system design, microservices architecture, and API development.

Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions.

Preferred (Optional) Skills:

Experience with Java backend development.

Experience in financial or highly regulated environments
