Direct Client Requirement
Software Asset Management Analyst
Contract - 2 month
Remote
Job Requirements:

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in Software Asset Management, Software Licensing, or IT Asset Management with a software focus.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro ,including license models, entitlements, and reconciliation processes.
  • Strong understanding of various software licensing models (perpetual, subscription, SaaS, enterprise agreements, etc.).
  • Experience maintaining software catalogs, license entitlement records, and compliance documentation.
  • Experience creating and maintaining SOPs and internal knowledge documentation.
  • Experience with ITIL-based processes for asset and configuration management is a plus.
  • Experience with tools related to contract/license management is a plus.
Tools & Technologies:
  • Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM Pro).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions for license reconciliation and reporting.
  • Familiarity with software discovery tools and license tracking utilities.
