Title: Atlassian Application Architect (Jira/Confluence)
Location: 100% Remote (Candidates based in Philadelphia, Washington, DC, Baltimore, or Chicago will have the option to work on a hybrid basis)

Overview:
Join a leading energy company's Cyber Vulnerability Detection and Management (CVDM) team, focused on securing critical Operational Technologies (OT). We are seeking a mid-level Application Architect to take ownership of our vital Atlassian (Jira and Confluence) environments. You will be instrumental in architecting, developing, and enhancing the platform used by cybersecurity experts to identify, track, and remediate vulnerabilities across the enterprise. This is a high-impact role within a major, long-term initiative, offering the chance to build creative solutions and strengthen the company's security posture. You will
Serve as the primary administrator and architect for the OT CVDM Jira and Confluence environments.
Design, develop, deploy, and maintain JIRA workflows, user interfaces, and custom solutions to meet evolving business needs.
Integrate Atlassian tools with other enterprise systems, including Active Directory and access management platforms.
Manage and implement add-ons from the Atlassian Marketplace to enhance functionality.
Collaborate with CVDM analysts, developers, and IT teams to implement enhancements and new features.
Support data modeling efforts and utilize tools like Power BI for reporting and analysis.
Provide supplemental support for other team tools like SharePoint, Dataverse, and Microsoft Teams.
Contribute to the technical roadmap and assist with project planning and execution.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in JIRA administration and/or JIRA project development.
Proven ability to architect and design creative solutions within JIRA, not just administer.
Demonstrated experience developing and customizing JIRA workflows.
Proficiency in integrating Atlassian tools into enterprise IT environments, including Active Directory.
Experience with the Atlassian Marketplace and integrating add-ons.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
