IT Infrastructure Manager
Jacksonville, FL - hybrid/onsite
- Direct the operations of enterprise-wide, information technology network and computing services group including service desk, network operations center, data center operations, facilities management, voice, change and problem management, data and mobile communications
- Design, coordinate and direct all IT operational activities including planning, development and support of data center, LAN/WAN, telecom, physical and virtual server environment, hardware, services, and infrastructure.
- Provide management of outsourced services providers
- Manage vendors for all areas of information technology including hardware, software, telecommunications and services
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all levels of the organization, manage relationships with key business leaders
- Work with key business decision makers to identify, implement and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.
- Build, enhance, and motivate a high performing IT and infrastructure team
