In this critical role, you'll drive organizational excellence by overseeing all aspects of Quality Management Systems, Health, Safety & Environmental compliance, and Risk Management to ensure the company meets industry-specific regulations and certifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation and recertification of ISO 9001, BA 9000, ISO 14001, and OHSA-compliant management systems
- Conduct internal audits, facilitate external audits, and analyze performance metrics to improve systems and processes
- Collaborate with teams across production, logistics, compliance, sales, and corporate to support strategic goals
- Oversee safety initiatives, hazard audits, emergency drills, and business continuity plans
- Support risk management efforts and coordinate monthly risk reviews
- Lead and develop team members while fostering cross-department collaboration
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting, while maintaining clear communication with Group HQ and internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of quality/HSE experience within the body armor, defense, or related industry
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSA standards
- Internal/Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001, ISO 14001) preferred
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint tools
