Position: Technical Program Manager - AI & Digital Delivery

Overview:
Seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional AI and digital initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong delivery experience in Agile or Hybrid environments and thrives in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.

Must-Haves:

• 3-5 years of program/project management experience in digital/e-commerce, supply chain, merchandising, or operations


• 2-3 years of Agile or Hybrid delivery experience


• Solid understanding of AI technologies, data processing, the AI lifecycle, SQL, and cloud-based systems


• Proven ability to manage project fundamentals: estimation, planning, resource allocation, risk/change/release management


• Hands-on experience delivering full software development lifecycles from concept to launch


• Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and business stakeholders


• Experience working in matrixed organizations with multiple product managers and BAs


• Comfortable working under tight deadlines in high-pressure environments

Nice-to-Haves:

• Background in Generative AI, Vector DB, or RAG implementation


• 5+ years of experience in digital/technology program management


• Financial forecasting and budget management experience across multiple projects


• Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams (tech, product, design, analytics)


• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset


• Passion for AI innovation and staying current with industry trends.
