Experience : 3 - 8 years of experience
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and develop 3D piping, electrical conduit, and cable tray routing for various Gas Turbine Accessories skids.
- Create General Arrangement drawings, Pipe Fabrication PMI's, Support PMI's, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Manage technical documentation within Enovia PLM.
- Engage in technical discussions with customers to ensure design requirements and feasibility.
- Conduct design reviews, checklist validation, PDCA implementation, and contribute to knowledge management initiatives.
Required Skills (Technical Competencies)
- Expertise in Mechanical/Electrical Routing Module and Cable Tray Arrangement.
- Proficiency in UGNX12 for 3D modeling and detailed design drawings.
- Strong understanding of pipe/electrical conduit routing, GA drawings, support drawings, and pipe fabrication drawings.
- Experience with UGNX Assemblies, Cloning, Associated Detailing, and Sketch-Based Modeling.
- Ability to create Model-Based Product Definitions.
- Commitment to quality and on-time delivery.
- Support peer review processes, defect prevention, and best practice implementation.
Desired Skills
- Ability to interpret and implement design standards and configurations.
- Familiarity with international codes such as ANSI, ASME, API.
- Strong team-building and problem-solving skills.
- Effective oral and written communication.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborative teamwork.
