Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will also manage onboarding assets, salary/benefits administration, and coordinate directly with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment & onboarding
- Maintain employee records & HR documentation
- Manage payroll inputs, benefits, and salary changes
- Track and manage onboarding inventory (laptops, IDs, etc.)
- Handle client coordination and communication on HR matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- 3+ years in HR coordination or generalist roles
- Strong communication & Excel skills
- Experience in client-facing HR functions is a plus
