Job Title: Business Analyst/Technical Project Manager
Job Location: Bethesda, MD

Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into specific project goals.
- Create comprehensive project schedules, resource plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure alignment with business priorities and timelines.
- Accurately estimate the required resources (people, technology, budget) and project timeline, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on the project goals.
- Ensure that technical deliverables support broader organizational goals and customer requirements.
- Break down the project into smaller tasks or work packages and map them out in a Gantt chart to show how each task fits into the overall timeline.
- Generate weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly project status reports depending on the project's timeline and stakeholder needs.
- Foster communication and cooperation between different departments and ensure all team members have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
- Present the project scope, objectives, and high-level deliverables in a clean, visually engaging format in PowerPoint.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to ensure high performance, including performance reviews and feedback.
- Assign tasks based on individual strengths and expertise while ensuring tasks are tracked through the project lifecycle.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including executives, clients, and other departments, to keep them informed of project progress.
- Ensure effective communication between team members and across cross-functional groups, such as business stakeholders, project managers, and other departments.
- Use tools, meetings, and channels to foster transparency and alignment.
