Role Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs across business and manufacturing operations. This role will focus on driving transformation initiatives, operational excellence, and technology integration (e.g., Industry 4.0, lean manufacturing). The ideal candidate brings deep manufacturing expertise, exceptional leadership, and a track record of delivering complex, high-impact programs
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale programs across systems implementations, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Develop and drive multi-year roadmaps aligned with business strategy, productivity targets, and digital transformation goals.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, IT, Commercial and Finance teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting structures to monitor progress, identify risks, and drive accountability across workstreams.
- Lead change management efforts and foster engagement at all levels from frontline operations to executive leadership.- Support deployment of smart factory solutions, MES systems, automation, and data analytics tools.Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (Masters or MBA preferred)- 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing environments, with at least 5 years in a program or portfolio management role
- Background in discrete or process manufacturing (e.g., automotive, electronics, milling, industrial equipment, or similar)- PMP, PgMP, or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt strongly preferred
