RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in West Palm Beach, FL that is seeking a Project Accountant.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee all phases of the implementation lifecycle: Prepare/Build/Validation/Deployment/Post Go-Live
* Manage kickoff activities beginning September 15, 2025, and ensure smooth transition through May 1, 2026
* Coordinate with consultants, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to align deliverables
* Utilize NetLeaf and NetAsset, a Jira-like plug-in tool for NetSuite, to manage tasks, track progress, and resolve issues
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk logs, and communication strategies
* Facilitate stakeholder meetings, status updates, and executive reporting
* Ensure timely delivery of milestones and adherence to scope, budget, and quality standards
REQUIREMENTS:
* PMP or equivalent certification preferred
* Proven experience managing ERP implementations, preferably Oracle NetSuite
* Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory workflows, and cloud-based service models
* Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Jira or NetLeaf/NetAsset
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
