Job Details
Job Description:
- Nearly 6+ years of experience in Application Support, and ITIL process, Handling Incident triaging, Proritization, Assignation and resolutions, Handling service requests, Changes and problem requests.
- Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies for SLAs for Incidents, CRs and changes, and work under pressure for Priority issue triaging till resolutions, engaging right teams in a war room kind of situations
- Lead critical activities of triaging and P1 P2 situations and provide updates and send notifications
- Lead team with critical activities like failovers and patchings end-to-end
- Lead team with trainings and process improvements
