What will you be doing?

Enhance and design data pipelines to improve insight into our business processes; Work closely with analysts, developers, data engineers, data scientist and architects to ensure development meets requirements and delivers optimal performance; Debug issues in production environment and be part of production support; Work in an agile/scaled team - plan, prioritize, design, test and coordinate end-to-end delivery of solutions; Embrace the opportunity to expand your skillset both functionally and technically; Take complete ownership of your work with the goal of exceeding customer expectations; Participate in testing with analysts and business users; Create technical design and support documentation; Design/document creation and maintenance of data pipelines and key data sources.

Responsabilities:
  • Understand customers business challenges to shape thinking around the development of technology and implementation of solutions, leading to the creation of customized, cutting-edge solutions
  • Interpret internal/external business challenges and recommends integration of the appropriate systems, applications and technology to provide a fully functional solution to a business problem
  • Collaborate across multiple disciplines and functions as an architecture design resource; anticipate user requirements and design the architecture to meet them
  • Guide others on the best practices and approaches for creating clear, concise and organized communication materials to convey technical concepts in a user-friendly way
  • Identify and define root cause issues by reviewing data sources and code with the ability to effectively articulate functional or technical issues to non-technical users
  • Check code, version control systems and other programming constructs of how data moves and how data is transformed within a system and between systems
  • Implement and maintain a data catalog and business glossary solution through analysis by profiling and examining data
  • Enhance and design data pipelines to improve insight into our business processes
  • Design/document creation and maintenance of data pipelines and key data sources
  • Follow data quality standards to ensure data fits operational and analytic needs
  • Follow software delivery best practices to ensure current and reliable data
  • Work closely with analysts, developers, data engineers, data scientist and architects to ensure development meets requirements and delivers optimal performance.

Qualifications:
  • Oracle application development experience or data analysis background
  • Ability to learn and navigate a hybrid, multi-cloud environments spanning ERP, CRM, marketing, and other platforms
  • Strong understanding or able to learn of source systems, extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes, data stores, data warehouses, and BI tools
  • Experience with reporting software such as Webfocus, Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) or similar tools a plus
  • Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases, PL/SQL is a plus
  • Techno-functional experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud Fusion modules and data mapping
  • Ability to perform unit testing, and integration testing, and coordinate with business analysts in regression testing, performance testing and user acceptance testing
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Agile or Scaled development methodologies experience
