Job Title: Database Administrator
Location: Lansing, MI Hybrid (Onsite Tuesdays and Wednesdays Day 1 onsite required)

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Job Description:
- Manage, migrate, and optimize databases from Sybase to SQL Server.
- Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and maintenance of production databases.
- Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with state policies.
- Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to resolve issues.
- Support regular database backups, recovery testing, and upgrades.
- Develop and maintain scripts for automation and monitoring.
