Job Title : Application Architect
Location : Tipp City OH (outside of Columbus) (Hybrid four days a week)
Duration : FULL TIME FTE

Description::

We are seeking an Application Architect with deep expertise in ERP systems, enterprise software development, and AI integration. This senior-level role requires a hands-on technical leader who can design and implement scalable systems that leverage machine learning, automation, and advanced analytics to support operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate combines enterprise architecture experience with modern AI toolsets, data modeling skills, and a deep understanding of how to translate data insights into business outcomes. This position reports directly to the Director of Application Development and will help shape the company's next generation of intelligent business systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software development and architecture.
  • Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET Core, MVC, RESTful APIs, SQL Server, and T-SQL.
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI, ML, or automation tools into enterprise systems (Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, or custom-built models preferred).
  • Strong data architecture skills, including relational and distributed database design.
  • Experience leading ERP modernization efforts (Acumatica ERP preferred).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills across business and technical audiences.
