Job Details
- Strong Financial Workday support experience

- FDM experience is a plus (Revenue, Spend, Ledger)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve Workday support tickets related to financial operations.
- Configure and maintain financial components in Workday, including cost centers and business rules.
- Support the creation and mapping of new categories and financial data elements (e.g., revenue, spend, ledger).
- Assist in maintaining and updating the Financial Data Model (FDM), including hierarchy updates and structural changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver elevated support and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Contribute to ongoing optimization and enhancement of Workday configurations and workflows.
- Document processes and ensure alignment with organizational policies and controls.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience supporting Workday Financials (FDM, configuration, hierarchies, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tickets and prioritize workload effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with financial operations, cost center structures, and ledger management.
