Job Description:-
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop custom forms, fields, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and workflows in ServiceNow.

  • Create and maintain catalog items, record producers, and form-based user interfaces.

  • Customize existing ServiceNow applications to align with business processes.

  • Work with end users and stakeholders to gather form requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across form designs.

  • Collaborate with other ServiceNow developers and administrators to ensure system performance and integration consistency.

  • Test and validate new forms and updates in development environments before release to production.

  • Provide documentation, training, and support for form-related features and enhancements.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow platform upgrades and capabilities.

  • Adhere to ServiceNow development best practices and SDLC processes.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 5 years of experience with ServiceNow development, with a focus on form and workflow design.

  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow's form design principles.

  • Experience with Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Business Rules.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug form-related issues.

  • Familiarity with ITSM modules (e.g., Incident, Change, Request).

  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
