Job Description:-

Design and develop custom forms, fields, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and workflows in ServiceNow.

Create and maintain catalog items, record producers, and form-based user interfaces.

Customize existing ServiceNow applications to align with business processes.

Work with end users and stakeholders to gather form requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across form designs.

Collaborate with other ServiceNow developers and administrators to ensure system performance and integration consistency.

Test and validate new forms and updates in development environments before release to production.

Provide documentation, training, and support for form-related features and enhancements.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow platform upgrades and capabilities.

Adhere to ServiceNow development best practices and SDLC processes.
Required:
-
5 years of experience with ServiceNow development, with a focus on form and workflow design.

Strong understanding of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow's form design principles.

Experience with Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Business Rules.

Ability to troubleshoot and debug form-related issues.

Familiarity with ITSM modules (e.g., Incident, Change, Request).

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
