Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Coupa-SAP Integration Consultant to support our enterprise client in delivering seamless and robust integration between Coupa and SAP systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, Coupa configuration, and hands-on experience integrating with SAP ERP systems (ECC or S/4HANA).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the end-to-end integration between Coupa and SAP, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

  2. Develop and support integration interfaces for Master Data (Vendor, Material, GL, Cost Center) and Transactional Data (PO, Invoices, Receipts, Payments) between Coupa and SAP.

  3. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure data integrity, business rules alignment, and process efficiency across systems.

  4. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and provide post-deployment support.

  5. Coordinate with Coupa and SAP support teams for issue resolution and enhancements.

  6. Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, mappings, data flows, and integration specifications.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience with Coupa-SAP Integration (hands-on mandatory)

  • Strong understanding of Coupa P2P modules, including Procurement, Invoicing, and Supplier Management

  • Working knowledge of SAP ECC or S/4HANA integration points

  • Experience with Middleware tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or SAP PI/PO

  • Ability to work with APIs, cXML, JSON, and flat-file formats

  • Familiarity with SFTP, security protocols, and integration error handling

  • Knowledge of business processes in procurement, finance, and supply chain

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Coupa certification is a plus

  • Experience in global rollout projects

  • Exposure to Ariba or other eProcurement tools is advantageous

  • Strong communication and client interaction skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Education:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise application integration, with 5+ years specifically in Coupa-SAP integrations
