We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst I to join our client's team in Lebanon, Tennessee! In this long-term contract role, you will provide Tier II technical support to end-users, focusing on resolving complex issues and ensuring seamless device functionality. This position offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your problem-solving skills while supporting a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier II technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Assist in maintaining and configuring devices, including imaging computers and ensuring proper installation of operating systems.
- Perform diagnostics and repairs for iPads and other devices to guarantee optimal functionality.
- Document and track support requests using help desk ticketing systems to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to identify recurring issues and propose solutions to improve support processes.
- Offer guidance and technical expertise to users, ensuring a clear understanding of system updates and usage.
- Conduct testing and verification of devices post-repair to confirm operational compliance.
- Manage and update Windows 10 systems, ensuring they meet organizational standards.
- Provide feedback and reporting to management regarding system performance and user issues.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices to enhance support capabilities.
Requirements
- Proficiency in supporting Windows 10 operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with computer imaging and device configuration.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems and documentation processes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively assist and guide end-users.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of iPad troubleshooting and repair processes.
- Commitment to long-term project support and adaptability to evolving technical needs.
