The Senior CRM Software Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced CRM solutions that drive business efficiency and enhance customer engagement. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring the CRM platform is optimized, scalable, and seamlessly integrated with other business systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, lead best practices in development, and mentor junior team members. With a strong background in CRM customization, integration, and software engineering, this individual will play a key role in delivering high-quality, secure, and innovative solutions that support organizational goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and optimize workflows, plugins, APIs, and integrations with internal and third-party systems.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for CRM development, guiding junior developers and project teams.
- Develop integrations between the CRM and external applications using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
- Ensure proper data modeling, migration, quality assurance, and security compliance across CRM platforms.
- Implement custom entities, workflows, dashboards, reports, and UI enhancements.
- Configure security roles, permissions, and automation rules to align with business processes.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for architecture, code, and system configurations to ensure accurate and consistent information.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor s degree in computer science or related technology subject area required.
- 8+ years of overall experience in software development (front-end or full stack)
- 3+ years of experience focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Proficiency in CRM customization, configuration, and development (custom entities, workflows, plugins, integrations, APIs).
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Experience deploying and managing applications in Azure.
- Experience with SQL DB s such as MS SQL Server.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility and a positive attitude to achieve tight deadlines.
- Solid detail-oriented documentation skills.
- Strong balance of business and technical skills and ability to "translate" technical concepts clearly to non-technical decision-makers.
- Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities.
- Ability to work with a complex stakeholder group across geographical boundaries.
- Ability to work creatively, propose ideas and contribute to working groups.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Standard office environment with routine use of computers, office equipment, and communication tools.
- Noise level is typically moderate.
- Role requires ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Physical demands can include walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, using hands and finger to interact with tools or equipment.
- Must be able to talk and hear in a typical work environment.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds may be required.
- Full vision function is required (perspective lenses are acceptable).
- This position requires up to 25% travel.
- Full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Flexibility may be required on nights and weekends based on business needs.
- Position includes a rotating on-call schedule, including some weekends and holidays.
- The work environment is fast paced, requiring the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and adapt to changing conditions.
