Job Details

Job Title: Veeva Vault Solution Architect
Location: US Remote (Must Work in EST Hours)
Rate: $90/hr (to vendor)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Veeva Vault Solution Architect to design, implement, and maintain scalable, compliant solutions within the Veeva Vault Platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Veeva Vault Quality (QMS), system configuration, custom development, and integration management across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain solution architecture, system administration, and security for Veeva Vault.

  • Support all assigned development activities under the client s Quality Veeva program.

  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate business and data integrity requirements into technical solutions.

  • Coordinate with Validation teams to prepare Regulatory Applicability and Regulatory Risk Assessments.

  • Create detailed documentation including system design, specifications, and user stories.

  • Conduct feasibility analysis and recommend optimized architecture.

  • Manage Veeva environment configuration and deployment activities.

  • Develop custom solutions, workflows, and integrations with third-party applications (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault configuration and customization to meet business needs.

  • Strong experience with Veeva Vault Quality (QMS) in a GxP-regulated environment.

  • Expertise in developing custom integrations using APIs, SOAP, REST.

  • Proficiency in XML, SQL, Java, JavaScript, and cloud-based application development.

  • Knowledge of metadata design, security configuration, workflows, and data models in Veeva Vault.

  • Experience managing end-to-end SDLC and delivering validated GxP systems.

  • Veeva QMS Certification highly preferred.

Preferred Experience:

  • Integration with enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or document management systems.

  • Experience in Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical domains.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
