Job Description:

This role supports a large-scale enterprise system modernization initiative, focused on migrating an existing on-premises platform to a cloud-based solution. The Project Administrator will work closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to support planning, tracking, coordination, and reporting activities across multiple workstreams.

 

Responsibilities:

·       Provide PMO support for project planning, scheduling, and status tracking

·       Maintain project documentation and artifacts using collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint)

·       Coordinate weekly status reports and prepare executive-level presentations

·       Track milestones, risks, issues, and change requests (RAID management)

·       Support resource planning, communications, training, UAT, and go-live activities

·       Assist with Steering Committee and project meetings, including meeting notes and action items

·       Act as a liaison between project managers and the PMO.

·       Support large, complex IT or cloud transformation initiatives within a structured PMO environment.

 

Mandatory Skills:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Communications, Business, or a related field

·       Extensive experience supporting large, complex IT projects

·       Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Project, Box, and Visio (or equivalent tools)

·       Proven experience working with Agile Scrum project management methodology

·       Strong experience organizing and maintaining project artifacts using collaboration platforms

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences

·       Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
