Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Product Engineer to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be a critical part of our engineering division, working on a variety of projects to develop, test, and optimize new and existing products. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and contribute to the creation of innovative products that shape the future of the engineering industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Apply your extensive knowledge of product engineering to design, develop, and test new and existing products.
2. Utilize your skills in AutoCAD, PCB design, fabrication, and circuit layout to create and optimize electronic components for our products.
3. Read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings to understand product requirements and specifications.
4. Use MS Office to prepare reports, present data, and maintain records related to product development and testing.
5. Participate in project planning and management to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to quality standards and budget constraints.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and sales, to ensure product design meets customer needs and market demands.
7. Identify and troubleshoot product issues and implement effective solutions.
8. Continuously monitor and analyze product performance and make necessary modifications to improve functionality and efficiency.
9. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in product engineering and incorporate them into your work.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
2. 3+ years of experience in product engineering
3. Proven experience in AutoCAD, PCB design, fabrication, and circuit layout.
4. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
5. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel for data analysis.
6. Exceptional project planning and management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
8. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members from various departments.
9. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in product engineering.
10. A passion for innovation and a drive to create products that revolutionize the engineering industry.
