Job Details

Title: Google Cloud Platform -Google Cloud Platform Senior Software Engineer Location: Philadelphia, PA (Onsite) Position: Contract

JD:
Design and implement CES solutions using Dialogflow CX, Agent Assist, and CCAI Insights.
Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and webhooks using Python.
Create and optimize Generative Playbooks for virtual agents, applying prompt engineering and LLM integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
Integrate CES components with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), CCaaS platforms (e.g., Genesys), and enterprise systems.
Monitor and improve system performance, reliability, and security.
Stay current with Gen AI trends and contribute to model selection and experimentation.
