The Opportunity
As a Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Operations Manager, you will play an integral role in building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with business partners across the organizations to align people, processes, and systems throughout the Adobe Technology Services ecosystem. The ideal candidate should be highly analytical and process oriented with the ability to engage with multi-functional teams to drive forward insights and initiatives that will support our operational goals.
What you'll Do
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to the Chief of Staff (CoS) and the Vice President of DEX and their leadership teams.
  • Deep understanding of DEX priorities and project portfolio, progress against plans, and ongoing status and where the teams need help.
  • Leads complex budget functions with overarching fiscal responsibility. Develop annual budget planning process and monitor ongoing budget performance. This includes participation in monthly budget reviews with Finance and provide recommendations on budget shifts.
  • Responsible for DEX operations by planning and driving weekly VP staff meetings including agenda planning based on business priority; maintaining the operations calendar, scheduling ongoing activities and due dates to ensure an achievable plan and optimize team collaboration.
  • Supervise the DEX organizational communications, including but not limited to presentations, All Hands, Quarterly Business Reviews, Quarterly Report for internal customers, and organizational announcements.
  • Support DEX CoS and VP to prepare compelling narratives articulating the DEX position, purpose, and value.
  • Orchestrate quarterly DEX leadership and team summits to review business performance, evaluate progress towards goals.
  • Build a strong culture for the DEX organization by consistently demonstrating the Adobe Core Values.
  • Design, plan, implement, and facilitate programs, training, projects, workshops, and other activities related to scaling our business.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of Adobe, from new hires to members of Executive Management.
  • Provide mentoring and coaching to strengthen the capability of the team.
  • Proactively monitor the pulse of teams, thwart potential issues by identifying risks and recommending potential solutions.
What you need to succeed
  • Demonstrable experience in a role involving 'critical thinking', i.e. ability to analyze issues, make decisions and problem-solve without requiring ongoing guidance.
  • Self-starter with a track record of successfully handling complex budget and contracts for over $100M with +/- 1% variance.
  • Proven history of being resourceful, and able to prioritize and operate in a fast-paced ambiguous environment with multiple, changing objectives.
  • Skilled at people management with a dedication to excellence and mentorship.
  • Good attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and partnerships across the organizations, empathetically listen to different perspectives, influence senior leaders and delegating and leading without direct authority.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to synthesize and structure strategic issues in a concise way.
  • Commitment to optimize operational efficiency and to improve scale and quality through continuous improvement.
  • MBA or equivalent experience, preferred practical experience.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $127,100 -- $264,300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
