Position: IT Project Manager (Data Management & Analytics)
We are seeking an IT Project Manager with strong experience in Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, Data Analytics/BI, J2EE, and SOA. This role supports Data Analytics & Reporting initiatives and reports directly to the IT Data Analytics Support Director.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Lead IT projects involving data warehouses, data lakes, data analytics/business intelligence.
Work with IT & Office of Data Analytics & Reporting as a blended team.
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency standards.
Establish strategic project roadmaps with divisions.
Manage procurement activities for vendors and services.
Create project management deliverables, plans, timelines, and resource strategies.
Oversee Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, scrums, retrospectives, Kanban.
Manage project risks, issues, progress updates, and cross-functional coordination.
Full lifecycle project management (PMLC + SDLC).
🔹 Minimum Required Skills (Must Have)
8+ years IT Project Management Experience
5+ years Data Management experience:
Data Warehouses
Data Lakes
Data Analytics / BI
J2EE Development
SOA
Excellent verbal & written communication
Strong documentation skills
Team management & mentoring experience
Risk management and progress monitoring
Budget tracking & cost entry in project tools
Experience leading Agile project sprints
Active PMP Certification (Mandatory)
Strong problem-solving skills
Experience with SDLC & PMLC

Healthcare / Public Health experience
Experience with or multi-agency IT environments
Experience managing TSS Sprint Teams
Access & Eligibility programs experience
