Title: Audio QA Analyst III
Role Overview:
Join a centralized and collaborative team dedicated to crafting high-quality sonic experiences across a diverse range of software and hardware platforms-including mobile apps, smart glasses, and virtual reality headsets. This role supports the development of immersive audio experiences within a Mixed Reality and Virtual Reality ecosystem, with a strong focus on bug tracking and quality assurance.

Title: Audio QA Analyst III

This role supports the development of immersive audio experiences within a Mixed Reality and Virtual Reality ecosystem, with a strong focus on bug tracking and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and scaling of the Creative Audio QA program.
- Establish and maintain QA pipelines for MR/VR hardware and software experiences.
- Develop, execute, and maintain audio quality test plans and regression testing schedules.
- Integrate test results with broader product QA metrics to ensure traceability and performance tracking.
- Investigate, triage, escalate, and follow up on audio-related bugs across platforms.
- Contribute both creatively and technically to the definition of audio design experiences.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in QA for software and hardware products or game development, with a focus on audio.
- Strong critical listening skills and a proven ability to assess and maintain audio quality.
- Experience creating and managing functional test plans for new product initiatives.
- Familiarity with audio signal flow, DSP, and digital audio formats and concepts.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with scripting or programming (e.g., Python, C++, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with Unity and FMOD.
- Background in game audio implementation.
